Dilshan from the restaurant staff was helpful during breakfast. i loved the big window with a city view from my room. the staff were excellent and attentive. I felt secure throughout my stay. tuk tuks and ubers to the city center were easy to get (it made exploring so convenient!).
i had a bit of trouble with a puddle of water in my room upon arrival, but the staff were quick to address it (i know they'll take extra care next time).

The breakfast room had a great choice of food, i found the chefs very helpful. the location was good for walking out, because it linked to a shopping mall. they have maintained high security everywhere, reassuring.
There was a puddle of water in the room When i arrived. It should have been checked beforehand. after a day, the air conditioning started to leak, and my friend slipped, pulling a muscle. i had to explain the problem to reception three times, upsetting.

I appreciated the location being close to the fort area. The ministry of crab and pettah market are convenient visits. i like that the hotel connects directly to a shopping mall. It makes it easy to visit and grab a bite at the food court. the hotel has live music each night in one of the bars.
The car park charges seemed quite high. I think that a parking fee is a bit much when one spends so much on meals and events.
