The breakfast room had a great choice of food, i found the chefs very helpful. the location was good for walking out, because it linked to a shopping mall. they have maintained high security everywhere, reassuring.
There was a puddle of water in the room When i arrived. It should have been checked beforehand. after a day, the air conditioning started to leak, and my friend slipped, pulling a muscle. i had to explain the problem to reception three times, upsetting.

I am feeling really let down after my stay. the housekeeping wasnt great. I didnt receive any turndown service during the evening. that really bothers me. also, the drinks at the pool bar was very limited and i struggled to find something i liked. it seemed not enough options was available.

I appreciated the location being close to the fort area. The ministry of crab and pettah market are convenient visits. i like that the hotel connects directly to a shopping mall. It makes it easy to visit and grab a bite at the food court. the hotel has live music each night in one of the bars.
